Kind of like this but blue.

Coming at you live today from the Cindy Wolfe Princess Phone. Actually, this is not the princess phone, but I have one just like it. Somewhere in a box that I haven't unpacked yet. It's my back up phone for when the power goes out, or when I leave the cordless off the charger for too long. I got it when I was in Olympia a few years ago. It has the best, muffled, old-phone sound.
I finally got my Beat Happening box set. It's beautiful. The decided that the music is the soundtrack to my life. I read the booklet while doing laundry on Sunday. It made me think of being in Olympia, and the fun that I had there. Walking around downtown, seeing lots of wonderful bands, wandering around the Evergreen Campus at night and shopping in the tiny record, and diy shops. I should go back sometime.
Hey Radio, do these phones work?

Crying All Night.

Our neighbor's cat, Simon cried from 11:00 PM last night until 5:30 AM this morning. We nary got a wink of sleep. Rowr. Mrowr. Meeeooooow. All. Night. Long. Thinking back on it now, I should have gotten up and knocked on their door, or gotten up to sleep on the couch, or gotten my earplugs in. But I didn't. These things don't occur to you when all you're trying to do is fall asleep. As naughty or stir crazy as my cats are sometimes, I can be thankfull that they would never be this annoying. Fucking Simon. He needs to be neutered.
zzzz.

The ghost of.

That thing I coughed up this morning is the ghost of my cough. That kleenex in the trash is the ghost of my sneeze. There are ghosts all over the place, of everything. You just have to look.
We went on a date last night. To dinner and a short walk which would have been longer but my cough was so out of control I thought I was going into a grand mal seizure. So we cut it short and went home so I could sip on the sizurp that the doctor gave me. That sizurp was totally weak, it didn't even knock me out.
We were watching a news magazine last night about a lady who kidnapped her own child and ran off to Europe. The dad contacted a show in Sweden, simlar to America's Most Wanted, and asked them to air a segment about his missing kid and estranged wife.
So Leon says: "It's like Swedishes Most Wanted!"
Not Sweden's, but Swedishes.
Quiz: What is the ghost of Sweden?
Later.

Hello Bridesmaid.

Heather finally asked other Heather and I to be bridesmaids. It will be my first time. I'm so excited, I'll be the best bridesmaid ever. All other bridesmaids will attend my finishing school to learn from the master. Sensei Bridesmaid, that's me.
Getting over being sick is frustrating. It doesn't happen fast enough. Cough, sneeze, blow nose. The coughing is the worst. Last night Leon's mom made me nervous about having bronchitis. I don't think I have it. No, probably not. Wait, I’m calling the doctor.

Catch!
