I thought of a drink a couple of weeks ago that I've been meaning to try out, but can't remember what made us think of it or what we called it.
Chicky: "....blah, blah gingerish (or some approximation of ginger, or other word of tropical or islandy connotation)."
Me: "Oh man! That would be a great name for a drink! I've got it. Simple syrup infused with lime juice and fresh ginger, club soda and frosty cold vodka all over ice."
It was like magic! As if the spirit of Mr. Boston shone on me with divine neon light. And here, I've forgotten the name which was the whole inspiration for this. Sigh. Anyone from our table for pizza monday last week remember what the name was?
