...because I enjoy nothing more than cheese, cheese, cheese. Here's a portrait of one of the most special grilled cheeses I've ever known. Made with Beecher's handmade Flagship cheese: buttery yellow, sharp, creamy and cheddary. It melted beautifully. Oh, the cheeses I have known and loved! There was no other like Flagship cheese.
