I think he just doesn't know the etiquette. When you work in a place like I do, you don't ask to go through someone else's promos. I mean, if you want to go through someone's promos and talk about new music, go for it. However, you don't if you're fishing for things for yourself or at worst, your friends. Because, one should know that they are perfectly capable of nagging their own reps for free shite.
