Buckle up, we're wayward bound

To do this weekend:
- Wedding in SJ.
- Camping in Mount Shasta. Hello, Castle Lake swimming!
- Eating at Zelda's tonight because someone said it's finally open again.

With that, I'm out until Thusday. Thank goodness, too because it will probably take me about 3 days to actually decompress.

Heylove: Innocence Lost

Poor Heylove's chastity was compromised at the dog park last night. As boston terriers are wont to do, they gravitate towards eachother in dog park situations. And if they don't...their owners pick them up and bring them together. This terribly cute boston puppy fixated on Heylove and tried to get her into several doggy-sutra positions. Sad Heylove just sat there looking totally embarrassed while we all laughed. Good thing she's fixed. Eventually she warmed up to the little romeo and they played a game of chase and "watch me shake this rope toy like a vicious dog." This morning I felt like she was giving me a look as if to say "mom, how could you...?"
Is it ready yet?

I haven't driven by Zelda's in a couple of weeks. I wonder if it's open yet. I could sure use some pizza, uh, I mean baby sure could use some pizza. That's one of the best things about being pregnant. Getting your cravings fulfilled with no guilt. I can justify just about everything. Pizza? Calcium from the cheese, vitamin C from the tomato sauce. See? But I'm eating healthy stuff, too. The thing is that some of these cravings become so intense, I can't think of anything else. So I better not get too worked up about Zelda's or else I'll be really disappointed if they're still not open.

21 weeks

Okay, this is my 21st week. Here is the flickr stroll through other ladies at 21 weeks along. Tiny baby weighs about 12 oz and is 8-10 inches tall if you stretched him out. He's totally marching all around inside, which feels pretty weird, but also very cool. Leon can finally feel it, too. Last night I could see some movements through my skin. It made me think of that scene in Spaceballs where the alien comes out of that guy's stomach and does a dance on the diner counter.
