Treading again



I just returned from a long weekend only half refreshed. Every weekend should be a three day weekend. I really only begin to relax by Sunday and by the time Monday comes around I'm so cranky. Back to my hamster wheel, back to treading water about as fast as I can until I'm exhausted again. I really need a vacation. Until August I just keep telling myself: wait for tour, wait for tour, wait for tour, wait for tour, wait for tour, wait for tour, wait for tour, wait for tour, wait for tour, wait for tour, wait for tour.

I hope to have the energy later to post more about the weekend. Anniversary celebrating, Heylove graduating, beach hiking, tick removing and yard working. Well, mostly Leon working in the yard while I cleaned up inside.

Stretcher


This is A. She's pretty flexible. I'm sure she does yoga or pilates or something like that. I need a good stretch, but I never remember to do it or I'm just too lazy. Bummer too, I have no excuse now that I have a bigger place. When I lived in my old compartment, there just wasn't any room for me to sit down and stretch out. The other day at kickball, I kicked and ran and catched. I'm still a little sore from all the exertion. Pathetic, right?

Am I really that busy?



Since I got my pda (finally), I realized that I'm much busier than I feel. Now I can see everything I have to do at a glance. It's a little overwhelming, and I regret getting this thing maybe 14%. This would vastly improve if I could get bejeweled installed on it for cheap or free.

I have no idea what this picture has to do with anything, but I haven't used it yet and I've been lazy with the photo taking lately.

Peep Dog.



Saturday, Heylove was the only physical embodiment of marshmallow Peep appreciation at this year's Peep-Off. I made this costume out of felt and brown pom-poms. It took me about 20 mintues to put it together and it stayed on all day.

No, she didn't eat any Peeps. That would have been canabalistic!
